Mr. Andrew Ellis started his martial arts training in 2003 and has attended approximately 6 to 10 weekly classes on a consistent basis. This translates to approximately 3000 total classes since his start.

Andrew received his black belt in March, 2006 and has since earned his way to 3rd Dan. He has participated in most of the school tournaments since 2003 as either a competitor or as an official. He has accumulated over 50 trophies and metals from his tournament participation.

He has also participated in most of the school demonstrations over the years, showing his skill with the Staff and Bo on many occasions.

Andrew has been studying ballet for 9 years and attributes much of his physical skill and talent to that art form. He has also been an assistant instructor in ballet for 5 years and enjoys teaching both ballet and karate to all ages, children and adults.
