The Offense-Defense forms are equivalent to most schools' "one step sparring" techniques and are basically fundamental exercises.

The Form
All forms begin from the ready stance following a bow.
Offense
- Ready stance.
- Step back with left leg into front stance, down block over right knee with right arm. Keiop.
- Step, left middle punch.
- Step, right middle punch.
- Step, left middle punch, right middle punch, left high punch.
- Step, right middle punch, left middle punch, right high punch.
- Left leg front kick, setting left leg down in front into front stance, left middle punch.
- Right leg front kick, setting right leg down in front into front stance, right middle punch. Keiop.
Defense
- Step back, inside block with left arm.
- Step back, inside block with right arm.
- Step back, left arm inside block, left arm inside block, left arm high block.
- Step back, right arm inside block, right arm inside block, right arm high block.
- Step back, down block with right, inside block with left.
- Step back, down block with left, inside block with right, reverse punch with left arm. Keiop.
