Na Ba Jin I

Applies To The Following Belts

Brown I to Black Belt

Meaning of Form

The symbol of this set of forms is the horse. The three Na Ba Jin forms' almost exclusive use of the horse stance helps to build strong legs. Though the creator of the form is unknown, it is believed to have been created in the Naha region of Okinawa.
